Introduction to Our Company

 

Established in  1989  as  a  General   Engineering  firm,  Earth  Sculptures specializes in the Restoration, and reconstruction of  existing  golf courses.  Whether it be  working  from old photographs to recreate  an architects   original   design,  or  with  a  specific   architect  on a whole new design scheme,  Earth Sculptures possesses the skill, experience labor force, and equipment to reconstruct any size project.

We understand that each project is a unique endeavor that deserves undivided attention. Our flexibility in design change, cost value engineering and most importantly, our  integrity are  the  cornerstones of our success.  We strive to make the reconstruction process an enjoyable experience for our clients, and truly believe that each one of our restorations is a symbol of our reputation.

Name: Roger Downing
Duties: Owner and President responsible for over-site of all company operations, onsite visitations, both offsite and onsite operations. Founder of Earth Sculptures Inc: January 1989.

PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR

Name: Marcus Morgan
Duties: Project Manager /Estimator responsible for all job estimating and job costing. Responsible for over-seeing and managing project production.

SUPERINTENDENT

Name: Ramiro Rodriguez
Duties: On site superintendent responsible for daily onsite job direction, crew management and insuring quality excellence.  Experience in golf course construction and general grading industry for over 25 years.

PROJECT MANAGER / OWNER

Name: Nathan Downing
Duties: On-site quality control specialist responsible for insuring project excellence. Head of Safety management, insuring all safety precautions and procedures are met. Conducts on-site weekly safety meets with Earth Sculptures’ employees.

PROJECT MANAGER / OWNER

Name: Theisen Downing 
Duties: Manager of bunker development. Insures the hand shaping, installation of bunker liner, sod and sand are performed to Earth Sculptures’ high standards.

Name: Bob Page
Duties: Golf Course Shaper committed to all jobs in progress. Bob has experience in all facets of golf course restoration and reconstruction, with over 25 years of experience.
